An independent commissioner will review and recommend salaries and benefits for Alberta’s Judges and Masters in Chambers for the period of April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2009.
Mr. John M. Moreau, QC, will make recommendations on the appropriate level of compensation.

The submissions made to the 2006 commission are available for your information. As
the original electronic documents are not available to Alberta Justice, we have provided
scans of the materials provided by the commissioner. If you wish to obtain photocopies
of the original documents, the regulation states, “any one requesting copies of any
written submissions to the Commission is entitled to receive a copy of the submissions
on payment of a reasonable fee.”
