Sudden death investigations

How can I obtain a copy of the written report resulting from a public fatality inquiry?

Section 53.1 of the Fatality Inquiries Act was proclaimed in September 2005. It requires that the Minister make the written report available to the public in a form and manner the Minister considers appropriate. Reports that were released after this date are now available on the fatality inquiries report page for downloading. Copies of older reports may be obtained by contacting the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner or Alberta Justice Communications.
