Unless the debtor pays all arrears in full, MEP will not consider removing any collection actions until it has reviewed the debtor's sworn Statement of Finances. MEP must assess the debtor's finances to establish a reliable payment arrangement that will cover the ongoing support, as well as a reasonable contribution to any arrears accumulated on the file.

After appropriate payment arrangements are made, it can take up to 14 days for MEP to initiate removal of its collection action.
