This project addresses Aboriginal youth living on the Blood Tribe Reserve, aged 14 to 19, at-risk of gravitating to drugs, alcohol, tobacco and violence. The program will use intervention strategies to reduce juvenile arrests and school suspensions, and increase high school graduation rates. |
